We ship products within Nepal to the addresses you provide. Delivery times may vary based on location and product availability. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party shipping carriers or circumstances beyond our control.
If your order is lost, damaged, or delivered to the wrong address, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
Currently, we only ship within Nepal. International shipping may be available in the future.
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for products that are unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition. Certain products, such as perishable goods, customized items, or intimate products, are not eligible for return.
